Boca Raton, Florida based investor Waramaug Hospitality sold the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa-USF-Busch Gardens, a 123-key hotel in Tampa, Florida, for $ 6.33 million, or about $ 51,000 per key. A joint venture between investment firm TCOR Hotel Partners and private equity firm TriGate Capital LLC purchased the hotel.
