Nicklaus of Florida, Inc. acquired the retail building at 2706 4th St. N in St. Petersburg, FL for $ 9 million, or about $ 740 per square foot, from Bullseye Properties, Inc. The freestanding property delivered in 2015 to the South Pinellas submarket. It totals 12,500 square feet and is occupied by Trader Joe’s.
