Captrust Advisors LLC, an investment consulting firm, signed a nine-year office lease for 14,689 square feet in the Park Tower office building at 400 N. Tampa St. in Tampa, FL. CAPTRUST Advisors will be moving into the entire 18th floor in November 2017. The 36-story building totals 470,000 square feet in downtown Tampa.
