Luxury homes in South Tampa, Clearwater Beach, other Gulf of Mexico beach communities and in downtown St. Pete were the top-selling million-dollar and multimillion-dollar homes over the 11-month period from January to November 2015, based on sales data that can be searched on the My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service portal.

All in all, there were 488 Tampa Bay million-dollar and multimillion-dollar homes sold in the first 11 months of 2015, from January 1 to November 30, 2015. The sale prices ranged from $ 1 million to $ 4.9 million.
