Luxury homes in South Tampa, Clearwater Beach, other Gulf of Mexico beach communities and in downtown St. Pete were the top-selling million-dollar and multimillion-dollar homes over the 11-month period from January to November 2015, based on sales data that can be searched on the My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service portal.

a 6-bedroom Mediterranean-inspired mansion waterfront single-family home on Davis Islands with a dock and a boat and 2 jetski lifts,
and a 4-bedroom corner-unit penthouse condo with 2 basement-parking spaces and a beachside cabana at Residences at SandPearl Resort in Clearwater Beach.

The Wesley Chapel zip code of 33543 sold the most number of luxury homes.

Hernando Luxury Home Sales

Only one Hernando luxury home was sold over the January-November period. It was a single-family 4-bedroom home located in Brooksville.

General Tampa Area

Today, Tampa is part of the metropolitan area most commonly referred to as the Tampa Bay Area. For U.S. Census purposes, Tampa is part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
