The Bainbridge Cos Buys Waterfront Land for $13.2M

The Bainbridge Companies purchased 12 acres on Westshore Avenue in Tampa, FL from BTI Partners for $ 13.2 million, or about $ 1.1 million per acre. The vacant land is in the South Tampa submarket and was under contract for approximately 180 days. The Bainbridge Companies plans to develop the land and build 345 apartments. Today, Tampa is part of the metropolitan area most commonly referred to as the Tampa Bay Area.
