Of the 373 existing condos for sale in Tampa, or more accurately, in Hillsborough County, the most expensive ones as of March 25, 2017 are on Bayshore Blvd, based on active listings on MyFlorida Regional MLS.

The most expensive condo as of March 25 is listed at $ 2.795 million. It has more than 6,800 square feet of living space that occupies the entire 20th floor of the Alagon tower on Bayshore. It offers panoramic views of the Bayshore waterfront, the Tampa skyline, the entire South Tampa peninsula and beyond.

In Pasco County,  the most expensive condo does not reach half a million dollars. It’s $ 379,000 and it’s in Port Richey. Many of the costliest condos in Pasco are in New Port Richey and Hudson. The million-dollar residential properties in Pasco are single-family homes.

Across the Tampa Bay region, the most expensive condos are in Pinellas County, on the world-famous Gulf beaches. As of March 25, the most expensive condo in Pinellas County is listed at $ 4.699 million.
It’s a residence with more than 4,800 square feet of living space on the 15th floor of SandPearl Resort in the famous Clearwater Beach. It offers expansive views of the beach, the harbor, the Gulf and beyond.

Most of the costliest Pinellas condos are in Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg and Indian Shores. Of the 1,899 existing condos for sale in Pinellas, there are 119 condos worth $ 1 million or more.

Here are where the most expensive condos for sale in Pinellas are located as of March 25:

Madeira Beach – 6

Comparing the three Tampa Bay counties, Pinellas County has the most number of expensive condos. It’s expected as many of the costliest condos are on the Gulf, with many homebuyers looking for spectacular panoramic views of the land, the Gulf, the beaches, and the sky.

General Tampa Area

Today, Tampa is part of the metropolitan area most commonly referred to as the Tampa Bay Area. For U.S. Census purposes, Tampa is part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
