Tier REIT, Inc. sold the Eisenhower I office building at 5104 Eisenhower Blvd. in Tampa, FL for $ 31.4 million, or approximately $ 242 per square foot, to Strategic Office Partners. The four-story, 130,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1998 on nine acres in the Westshore submarket of Hillsborough County. Dale Peterson with CBRE represented the seller.
