Summit Management purchased the retail building at 300 John Ringling Blvd. in Sarasota, FL from R and M General Partnership for $ 6.8 million, or about $ 692 per square foot. The 9,827-square-foot building was constructed in 1959 and is in the Sarasota submarket.
