Wilder Corporation acquired the Arbor Shoreline Office Park at 19321-19361 US Hwy 19 N. in Clearwater, FL from Golden Shoreline Limited Partnership for $ 9.84 million, or approximately $ 45 per square foot. The office park was constructed in 1987 and consists of seven buildings totaling 217,344 square feet in the Bayside submarket.
